We are doing all of our Team Evaluations & Therapy appointments now as a division of the NeuroScience & TMS Treatment Center. The physicians & psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners can now offer in-network options. Therapy appointments are still out-of-network.

Our therapy services are now combined with the NeuroScience & TMS Treatment Center medical or psychiatric services.
What is the cost of the appointment?
The cost of the appointment depends on what service you want.
We offer options:
1. Therapist Only, Evaluation: This evaluation is with a therapist, only; the time is 90 minutes. No clinicians who prescribe medications are in the appointment. A Therapy only Evaluation is offered by any of our therapists for $250 for the initial appointment. Follow up appointments for individuals are $155 and $165 for couples. The initial fee is $250 and is collected as a deposit, as therapists are out-of-network. Future visit charges are due at the time of the visit. Insurance can be filed on this evaluation and payments, if received will be applied to upcoming appointments. Out of network coverage is determined on a case by case basis per your health insurance.
2. Comprehensive Team Evaluation: The is the most thorough and intensive evaluation available. This evaluation is generally 2.5 to three hours long, and includes a psychiatrist or a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner from NeuroScience & TMS Treatment Center, and a licensed counselor. The Chief Medical Officer may also be present for supervision. This team orchestrates a coordinated assessment with objective and subjective assessments completed to provide a diagnostic overview and treatment plan. This evaluation is recommended when you have a complex, difficult case, or have struggled with treatment options for longer than three to six months without wellness.
3. Where do I park?
Metro Nashville has installed parking meters on the street and is enforcing them for a maximum of 2 hours. To Avoid a parking ticket, Please park in one of the parking lots on the street if you are staying in our office longer than 2 hours.
4. How soon can I get in for an appointment?
- We do not advise these evaluations for those individuals in immediate need of services as they take time to schedule the two professionals for you; we can typically schedule the evaluation within 4-8 weeks.
5. What are the Age Limits?
