Everyone at the Nashville Center for Hope & Healing joins me in our concern for the safety of our patients, our staff, and all the world right now. We are in the office but offer patients the opportunity to do virtual appointments, except for in the case of initial visits. We prefer to see initial evaluations masked face to masked face. We also have a satellite clinic of the NeuroScience and TMS Treatment Centers within our office which remains open for the treatment of TMS and Esketamine patients.
Providing the highest quality service to our existing patients will continue. For now we have worked with our clinicians to make telemedicine appointments available. Using telemedicine resources, patients are able to meet with clinicians and therapists easily which can be essential in these stressful times.
We are following direction per the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to clean our location multiple times in the course of each day. We are asking any patient who comes to the office to wear a face mask, and wash their hands prior to the appointment and after the appointment for good hygiene. If you are experiencing a fever, cough, cold, or have been around someone with the infection we ask that you self-quarantine in order to stop the spread of this infection.
There is a lot of misinformation on the current pandemic, please look for information on these websites for accurate information:
